How does the Knead Haven™ Massager work?
The Knead Haven™ uses deep-tissue shiatsu nodes combined with infrared heat therapy to simulate a professional massage. Simply place it on your neck or shoulders, select your preferred mode, and let it do the work.
How long should I use it per session?
We recommend 15–20 minutes per session. You can use it daily — many customers use it morning and evening for best results.
Is it safe to use every day?
Yes! The massager is designed for daily use. The skin-friendly silicone nodes and adjustable intensity make it suitable for regular use. If you have a medical condition, consult your doctor first.
How do I clean it?
The embossed silicone surface is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
What's your shipping timeframe?
We ship Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
What is your return policy?

Does it come with a warranty?
Yes, the Knead Haven™ Premium Massager comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
