Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are 5–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at jnccollective@gmail.com and we'll investigate promptly.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
