We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your Knead Haven™ Premium Massager for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–9 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
